You can hire a trailer mover do it. It will not be cheap, but it will get the trailer moved. It will be cheaper than trying to haul it without it being registered and getting stopped by a trooper. The trailer will be impounded and you will not get it back. The camper trailer does not need to have a current registration because these companies have their own license to move them.

Maybe you can get a temporary plate to tow it? If not, I’d just tow it anyway, keep all the paperwork including the title and hope you don’t get stopped.
